ODNC's Mission
Established 1975, our mission is to provide continuing education and development for our members; to support community and renewal among OD practitioners; and to be an ongoing advocate for OD in the Chicago business community. Join us!
Our Members
Our members include internal and external consultants, corporate managers and specialists, trainers, academics, human resource personnel, and other professionals interested in making their organization, department, or team more effective.
We work in a wide variety of environments including business, academic, government, and non-profit. Similarly, our members bring an array of industry and work experience from banking to utilities and from corporate conglomerates to local community organizations.

PDNs are informal networking
groups that organize around a particular subject area or
geography. PDNs are for anyone who wishes to network with other
professionals around a particular topic, process, function
and/or industry.

The Beacon Newsletter is a bimonthly e-zine
written for and by OD practitioners and theorists from a)
various industries, and b) from internal and external
perspectives . Short, readable articles offer practice-related
resources and tips, as well as thought leadership on topics
important to the field.
